Return Policy سياسة الاسترجاع
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
يتم قبول الاسترجاع فقط في الحالات التالية:
- The product is inspected and returned while the courier is still present at delivery عند فحص المنتج واسترجاعه أثناء وجود مندوب الشحن وقت الاستلام
- The product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue وجود عيب صناعي أو مشكلة في جودة المنتج
- The product is in its original condition with its original packaging أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية ومرفق معه التغليف الأصلي
Important Note ملاحظة مهمة
Returns are not accepted after the courier has left, except in cases of a manufacturing defect. Please inspect your order carefully in the courier's presence — once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted and the return option is no longer available.
لا يتم قبول الاسترجاع بعد انصراف مندوب الشحن، باستثناء حالات وجود عيب صناعي بالمنتج. يُرجى فحص الطلب جيداً أثناء وجود المندوب — بمجرد انصرافه يُعتبر الطلب مقبولاً ولا يحق الاسترجاع بعد ذلك.
