When Returns & Exchanges Are Accepted
We accept returns and exchanges in two specific cases only:
🔹 Case 1: Upon Delivery (In Presence of the Courier)
- Customers have the right to inspect the product in the presence of the delivery agent before accepting it
- If the customer is not satisfied with the product, they may refuse delivery on the spot and return it with the courier
- No returns will be accepted after the courier has left unless there is a manufacturing defect
🔹 Case 2: Product Defects
If a manufacturing defect or damage is discovered after delivery, the customer must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order
- Provide clear photos showing the defect
- The product must be in its original condition (unused and unwashed)
- Keep the original packaging and all accessories
Eligibility Conditions
For a return or exchange to be approved, the item must:
- Be in its original condition
- Be unused and unwashed
- Be returned with its original packaging
- Show no signs of use, alteration, or damage caused by the customer
Non-Returnable Cases
❌ After the courier has left without inspection or objection
❌ Used or washed products
❌ Products damaged due to misuse
❌ Products with removed tags or original packaging
❌ Underwear and items in direct contact with the body (for hygiene reasons)
Refund Process
Once a return is approved:
- The product will be inspected to ensure it meets the conditions
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, or as agreed with our customer service team
- The refund process may take 3 to 7 business days
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange a product:
- The exchange request must be submitted within the allowed timeframe
- The item must be in its original condition
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability of the replacement item
